In-house BOP Fabrication
Industrial Specialties is one of twelve Parker-certified Ultra-High-Pressure Hose Assemblers and the only Parker-certified BOP hose assembler in the Midwest. We offer reliable 3,000 PSI and 5,000 PSI BOP hoses to meet your ultra-high-pressure needs.
Each assembly is built in-house and labeled with Parker Tracking System (PTS) for greater asset visibility and traceability.
If you need annual recertification for your existing hoses, we can help with that too.
Tube Bending
We offer precision tube bending using state-of-the-art CNC equipment. We support everything from one-off replacement tubes to complex system builds.
Capabilities include:
- CNC right- and left-hand bending (1/8” up to 2” OD)
- Tight-tolerance, repeatable bends with 3D modeling
- Consultative engineering and system design
- TIG/MIG welding and torch/induction brazing
- End forming: JIC 37°, ORFS 90°, Code 61/62, compression fittings, and more
- Materials: stainless steel, steel, aluminum, copper, and specialty alloys
